  Bought my self a used scooter from Kardinal had a few niggly issues but that was soon sorted out then i came to  a battery issue this company was good enough to send me new batterys so i must give them a 5 star rating im not the easiest person to talk to i have mcptsd

  My 97 year-old mother can no longer use her mobility scooter and was keen to sell it secondhand. I quickly found out secondhand mobility scooters don't command a great price but Kardinal Independent Living made the best offer, including pick up (crucial). The courier company arrived on the day agreed and waited patiently for my mother's carer to be in a position to hand over the scooter. Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please call 01903 232326 to request a cancellation. We aim to dispatch orders quickly to avoid delay, so if you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Once we’ve dispatched the items to you, we won’t be able to process the cancellation and you will have to follow the returns process below which come with their respective charges.

Returns

While we hope each and every one of our customers are happy with their purchase, we understand that sometimes this isn’t the case. We have a simple returns policy to make the process as easy as possible:

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s). Your item has to be in original packaging and unused. After this period, we cannot accept any returns.
Please note that in order to receive a full refund, the product(s) must be returned in a complete, unused and undamaged condition, as well as in the original packaging.
In order to cancel your order, you need to contact us by telephone to notify us that you want to cancel the order.
The cost of recollection of the scooter will vary depending on the product purchased.

Returned Item Conditions

If the product(s) are not returned in the original condition, Kardinal Independent Living reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of the product(s). While we are happy for you to unpack the item to inspect it, if you’ve used or installed it, we can only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. This can be up to 50% of the price of the item.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on product(s) that are Made to Order or have been adapted in any way to suit your requirements. A refund can only be provided if the product(s) arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.
